Cost Effective Weight Loss Program

Weight loss does not have to be expensive. It should really cost you nothing at all. But if you did purchase something that helped you lose weight, you should not have to continue to pay forever. In fact once you have the program that should be it. No ongoing payments.

How does anyone really afford to pay for all those delivered meals? I have tried one of those programs before and whilst the food was pretty reasonable, the cost was way over the top. I also received quite a few meals and individual pieces of food that I really didn't like much at all. So that went straight to the rubbish bin. Not really a cost effective weight loss program for me there.

How much does it cost to buy and eat those berries that are currently the rage? Do you really plan on eating them forever?

What about the meal replacement programs? Do you take them on holiday with you? Will you be eating them in 10 years time or will you finally work out that it's all rubbish designed to keep big companies big?

I don't know about you but when I lost 40 kilograms (90lbs) I wanted a cost effective weight loss program that wasn't a fad and didn't have some big company putting their hand in my pocket every week for the rest of my life.

Well OK then but what is the solution?

Can I let you in on a secret? You already know the solution. There is no way you will ever lose weight or keep weight off while you are putting fat filled burgers in your mouth every day.

You already know the best weight loss program is one that involves eating naturally. Eat food not powdered milk or fad berries. Face it folks, you will be eating food for the rest of your life so you may as well eat the right food and enjoy it as well.

You should reduce the amount of fat in your diet. You should eat more fibre and drink more water. You should exercise more, cut the alcohol back, give up smoking, go to church, stop watching porn movies etc etc etc. Now I am kidding with the last part but I am sure you know what I mean. You have heard a million times that the best diet is one that involves eating properly. Simple as that!

Do yourself a favour and find something that will teach you what is good for you and what is bad for you. Don't let it be bad for your wallet and good for the balance sheet of a large company. Perhaps some recipes or ideas for meals would also be good. How about some tips on healthy eating patterns and wait for it, ideas on exercise to make sure you lose weight that you can keep off.
